Natasha Mead MREC CertRP - Account Manager, Southampton
Natasha joined Preferred IT in early 2006 with a background in sales and account management including four years' experience in IT recruitment. Her recruitment expertise lies within the Disaster Recovery, Data Recovery and Business Continuity field, where she is experienced in working at all levels with some of the biggest names in IT.
Natasha has a sound knowledge in all areas of the Disaster Recovery function.

Shona Ferguson MREC CertRP – Delivery Team Leader, Leeds
Shona joined Preferred IT in 2005 and after a highly successful period as an Account Manager, Shona nows leads Preferred IT’s northern candidate resource team, where she works with a broad range of clients and industries to find quality candidates for IT vacancies across the board. Shona ensures her team is fully equipped with the most effective tools to attract and find the best candidates on the market. She also works closely with our Account Management team to ensure the seamless handover of the vacancy briefs to his candidate resourcers.

Joshua Murray MREC CertRP – Recruitment Consultant, Southampton
Joshua joined Preferred IT in 2007 with a six-year background in sales and marketing. Joshua’s broad business-to-business experience gives him the ability to deliver in all aspects of recruitment and client care. Joshua has built a diverse client base from start-ups to SMEs and multinational organizations in a variety of industries, handling a wide range of IT vacancies. He has extensive knowledge of current technologies covering roles from hardware electronics to software development and e-commerce, along with a thorough understanding of the current IT candidate market.

Sarah Pearson MREC CertRP – Account Executive, Southampton
Sarah began her career in quality control and auditing before moving into the recruitment industry with Preferred IT in 2007 as a Candidate and as the REC’s national “Best Newcomer” award winner of 2007, is an Account Executive for a major UK utilities corporation.
With her background in quality control, Sarah has a natural flare for quality process and design, always going that extra mile to secure only the best quality and most motivated candidates on the market.
Sarah invests time and effort to understand her clients’ candidate requirements and deliver efficient solutions that resolve genuine resource challenges. Sarah’s honest, reliable and attentive qualities are key to developing mutually successful working relationships both with her clients and candidates alike.

Claire Bourne MREC CertRP PGDip – HR and Quality Manager
